Reiki
Experience the balancing and healing effects of reiki energy. I offer individual reiki sessions as well as distance reiki to promote relaxation and inner harmony. Using reiki energy and crystal placement can help to balance chakras and unblock energy. You can feel rejuvenated and less stress after experiencing a reiki session.

Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound bath meditation. These sessions are designed to reduce stress, calm the mind, and restore balance to your body and spirit. The sound bath experience allows for time to practice affirmations, prayer, or unlocking the potential of the mind.

Meditation
Learn to meditate, or simply relax and allow yourself to be led into a guided meditation. Guided meditation is when you allow yourself to be led into meditation by another person's voice. This can be useful for when you have a wandering or restless mind. Meditation can take you into a state of bliss.

My approach integrates traditional clinical psychology with reiki energy healing, meditation and sound therapy to address the mind, body, and spirit. I believe in the power of holistic healing and aim to create a safe and nurturing space for your wellness journey.
